“This is the last day of filming …. it’s very sad to end the Monte Carlo. But very glad to be home soon,” the actress wrote in her facebook account, Thursday (07/08/2010).
‘Monte Carlo’ will release on February 11, 2011. In the film, Selena played with stars ‘Gossip Girl’ Leighton Meester and Katie Cassidy as the three friends.
The film tells about the adventures of three friends who pretend to be a socialite in Monaco, after Grace (Selena) mistaken for a rich heiress from England. Adventure began when a necklace worth a million dollars missing, and they must struggle to find it.
‘Monte Carlo’ was adapted from the novel ‘Headhunters’ written by Jule Bass. Initially the role of Grace was rumored to be given to the Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman. But then it was decided the film would be made with the flavors of any younger so that Selena was elected.
